Jane has been affiliated with Prudential Real Estate for over nine years, during which time she has consistently been a top producer, recieving national recognition from Prudential Real Estate Affiliates every year since 2001. She was the recipient of the prestigious President's Circle Award for the year 2008. The award places Jane in the top 5% of Prudential agents nationwide. She also holds the Prudential Fine Homes Specialist designation. Additionally, she was recognized as the Top Sales Agent for Prudential Burroughs & Chapin Realty, Inc. for 2008.

As a former social worker, Jane prides herself in listening to the needs of her clients, and offers buyers a caring "no pressure" approach to real estate. A 27 year resident of Wilmington, married to a native Wilmingtonian who currently serves as Chairman of the New Hanover County Board of Commissioners, Jane has extensive knowledge of the area. Jane truly loves working with home buyers and has the patience and diligence needed to help them find the best home posible to suit their needs. She has been an active community and church volunteer, serving on boards of directors of several charitable organizations. She has reared two children in our public school system, and particularly enjoys working with families with children. Currently residing in a waterfront neighborhood, she is knowledgeable of the special issues faced in the purchase and ownership of waterfront property.
